We all know that we need UK rental agreements when renting out a house, flat or commercial property. Laws apply to both landlord and tenant regarding the terms of the tenancy, and are legal contracts to be invoked if either party ever have reason to engage in legal proceedings against the other.
This legal requirement applies whether you outsource your property management or build them yourselves.
