This is the place to have your say about problems you are facing with your investment property portfolio, legislative inconsistencies, or even, to make your point to help affect change on the Government of the day.
- The UK property market is awash with houses for sale, and for sure, this brings potential opportunities for investors with cash. However, with mortgage costs souring, and the availability of self-certified BTL mortgages in decline, many investors will be facing some tough decisions in the coming months, and may be forced into financial ruin. What do you think should be done to help BTL investors? Is further regulation going to solve problems or make them worse?
- Should our current Government be doing more to support the regeneration of run-down property stock? Do we really need to spoil our countryside when so many properties lie in disrepair on the streets of our towns?
These are just some of the debates that we would like to hear your views on. Maybe, just maybe, with enough responses we can affect some changes on current policy. All it needs is for you to have your say and exptress your views.
